 Tammy Slaton, a well-known personality from the reality television series 1000-Lb. Sisters, has revealed a remarkable transformation, having shed 440 pounds and displaying her new figure in a dark blue swimsuit alongside her friend and psychic medium, Haley Michelle.

After struggling with weight issues for most of her life, Tammy now enjoys a newfound sense of independence and improved mobility. “I can walk without the need for a walker or wheelchair, and I no longer require oxygen—even while I sleep,” she noted, reflecting on the substantial enhancements in her quality of life.

Although she has garnered significant positive support, some responses have been negative, including disturbing and inappropriate comments. Nonetheless, Tammy remains dedicated to her health journey. Following her bariatric surgery in July 2022, she successfully reduced her weight from 725 to 285 pounds, showcasing her steadfast determination.

Tammy views her journey as a source of motivation for others. “By sharing our experiences, we help others realize that they too can achieve weight loss. They are not alone,” she expressed, highlighting the broader impact of her public story.
